Return Policy

30-DAY GUARANTEE

We believe in our product and want you to be totally pleased with your organizer(s).  

Within 30 days of your purchase date, we accept returns/refunds on any defective or items damaged during shipment*.

Nervous about your measuring or designing skills? Well, don't be!  We now offer Design Protection during checkout to cover any "ooops" moments. Additional fee required based on protection coverage desired.

Changes to Orders: 

  • If you discover something incorrect on your order contact us immediately.  We are remarkably fast and often production begins on items right away, so don't delay!
  • If we haven’t begun building your order, we will simply cancel the entire order and refund your credit card.  You can then make changes to your design(s), save them, and submit an entirely new order.  This is required because changing your design alters the price; therefore, the order must be recalculated in its entirety.
  • If manufacturing of your organizer has begun we can make last-minute changes but will only partially refund the purchase price based on the state of the process where the custom item was stopped.  Priority Processing charges are not refundable if manufacturing has commenced.  Refunds will be in the form of online GiftCard codes, good for one year.

a)      Organizer has been laser cut = Giftcard Value 80% of Retail Price

b)      Liner has been laser cut = Giftcard Value 50% of Retail Price

c)      Organizer has been assembled = Giftcard Value 60% of Retail Price

d)      Organizer has been glued = Giftcard Value 40% of Retail Price

e)      Organizer has been wrapped = Giftcard Value 20% of Retail Price

f)       Organizer has been boxed = no refund. Item will ship as-is.

g)      Liner has been installed = no refund, Item will ship as-is.

Damaged During Shipping:  

  • Please take photos of the outer & inner packaging (where you think the damage may have occurred) and take photos of the damages to the organizer.  Email the photos and order information to info@OrganizeMyDrawer.com so that we can file an insurance claim with the carrier.
  • Once satisfactory details and photos are received, we will rebuild your item and send you a replacement organizer.
  • We ask that you retain the damaged organizer and original shipping packaging for 5-7 days in the event the shipping carrier requests a physical item inspection.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your organizer(s) to report damages.

Defective Custom Products*:

  • Defective product?  Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, with your order details and concerns and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, if required. Photos may also be required.
  • Please repackage the organizer(s) in the original packaging (if you can) and ship back to us in like-new condition. If returning the item is required, we will issue a pre-paid label to cover the cost to transport the damaged item back to us.
  • When we receive the return item in like-new condition and determine that the damage was caused by defective materials or workmanship, we will ship an exact replacement of the defective item. No design changes are permitted unless Design Protection was purchased in the original order.
  • Customers are responsible for actual shipping costs required for replacement items.
  • Please return the organizer(s) within 30 days of receipt.
  • No modifications may be made for replacement item; the replacement item will be identical to the original product purchased. If exact liner materials are no longer available, a suitable replacement will be provided.

Non-Defective Custom Products*:

  • We do not accept returns on Non-Defective Custom Products unless Design Protection was purchased in the same order as the custom product(s).
  • Custom organizer/liner Design Protection is offerred during checkout in increments of coverage based on the sub-total of custom products in your order.  
  • For a small upcharge you can quit worrying about measuring mistakes or design errors!
  • When you purchase Design Protection and your organizer/liner doesn't fit properly or your organizer fails to hold your items the way you envisioned, we will provide a no-cost return shipping label to send the items back to us.  We will then refund the cost of your mistake(s) and a pro-rated amount of your original order shipping cost in the form of a gift card code.
  • Protection is only good toward custom-built items purchased in the same order, within 30 days of purchase, and the refunded amount must be less than or equal to the protection value purchased.  
  • Multiple claims against a single order are allowed not to exceed the total protection coverage purchased.

 

*   "Defective items" refer to products that, at no fault of the customer, do not meet up to our promise (i.e. surface blemishes, scratches, dings, dents, cracks, discoloration, etc.) "Non-defective" items refer to products in like-new condition that do not suit the needs of the customer due to incorrect design (i.e. customer mistakes), at no fault of OrganizeMyDrawer.com or the shipping service provider.  Our previous "2-item mistake/return policy" is no longer applicable.
